Candidates are vetted for criminal records, past employments, validity of identification, training and person to person screening. Our staff is randomly polygraphed and special focus is given to skills development and moral of employees. Staff members of Gravity are fairly compensated and are entrenched with company values and ethics.
Gravity Risk Consultants further ensures competence by providing induction training and retraining when employed and are again inducted to the duties of the particular assigned site requirements. Gravity also provides regular competency tests and provides further accredited training to deserving staff members.
It is company policy to pay bonuses monthly to all staff who reached their respective performance quotas, thus encouraging persistent excellence.
